better than ct hiring tweets. still missing salary on half the posts. used it anyway.

sniper is cool, jobs page is mid. found 1 thing worth applying to after scrolling too long.

was checking the same 4 career pages. found a smaller team on wwshemi and actually sent the application.

not magic. just fewer fake “we’re hiring” screenshots. got one reply so far.

site looks fine but a lot of listings feel refreshed not new. still bookmarked it.

support role on wwshemi, applied through the company page. that’s the whole story.

ok if you’re not a solidity guy. filters helped. mobile is a bit annoying.

my old system was saved tweets. this is at least searchable. found 2 roles that match.

sent wwshemi to a friend who said crypto has no non-dev jobs. he shut up.

came for jobs, site kept loading projects. closed it. will try later maybe.

directory was more useful than the jobs tab for me. reached out to a team i hadn’t seen on ct.

less doomscrolling, more links that go to real listings. still want pay ranges.
